All returns must be handled via our customer service department. Please be advised you need the below information before a return will be authorized.
All returns must have a proof of purchase. Product returned to NEPTA without a proof of purchase will be signed for and kept for five business days. After five business days the product will be destroyed. NEPTA is not responsible for product returns without a proper return authorization or proof of purchase.
All product returns must have a Return Authorization number that is provided by NEPTA Customer Service. If a product is returned without a proper Return Authorization number the product will be signed and destroyed within five business days. NEPTA is not responsible for product returns without a proper RA Number.
Products that are returned due to a defect will be replaced with a like product if available at no cost to the consumer. If a product is returned with a Return Authorization number and proof of purchase for defective reasons and it is determined NEPTA that it is not defective and is evaluated as normal wear and tear the product will be returned to the customer once the customer pays for the shipping cost.
Products that are returned with a Return Authorization number and a proof of purchase for defective merchandise reasons that are determined by NEPTA to be under normal wear and tear will be destroyed after five business days once NEPTA has given written notice via email or has verbal communicated the evaluation with the customer. Customers who elect and pay for shipping back to them will be provided a tracking number via email.
Please note items and products that show significant wear and tear from general use will not be replaced and do not fall under defective merchandise. Items deemed to be misused or improperly handled are easily identified and will not be replaced under defective merchandise.
NEPTA is determined to provide customers with quality products and is motivated to set high standards for each product we supply. We do however evaluate every product returned and clearly inspect each reason for a returned product based on the communication from the consumer. We do however express that each customer clearly review their product prior to sending back to NEPTA to identify if they believe it is a warranty issue or if it is clearly a wear and tear issue.
